Positive: Convenient location. Easy walking distance to historic center. Did not use a taxi at all during our stay other getting to and from the airport. Very homely stay. Delicious fresh breakfast served daily. The staff even packed us some excursion bags with snacks etc for days we left super early for tours etc. Warm rooms and hot showers to get through the cold Cusco nights. Staff were amazing. Treated us like family and were very warm and welcoming. They even checked up on us on some days we came home later than expected to make sure we were safe. Would definitely stay again!

Positive: Great family, very welcoming. Allowed me to check in the early hours to get a couple hours of sleep (sadly woken up by a fire alarm). The building is very new, great beds & bedding, hot shower, nice little breakfast to start the day. I'd definitely recommend it.

Negative: You need to use a doorbell to enter the building, someone from the family will come and open it. I really wish they had a fob/keycard/pin to be able to enter, the doorbell you need to really push in a certain way to activate (just keep pushing in different ways, you should be able to hear it). If you're in the bottom rooms, do bring earplugs as the area that breakfast is served can get loud (had a large family when I was there), with earplugs it was fine. The description needs updating too, the bottom rooms do not have any windows/city view.
